Lisa Hicks

Lisa has over 25 years’ experience working in national non-profit organizations, primarily in the education policy arena. More recently, she has consulted with small non-profits on management and organizational development. Lisa grew up in a family where music was ever-present, and studied piano for over 15 years, beginning with her mother who was an accomplished musician.  She initially met the Criers through a strategic planning engagement brokered by Harvard’s Community Action Partners, a pro-bono consulting service; following that, she joined the board in 2015.  Lisa is thrilled to merge her love of music with her professional expertise in helping the Criers achieve their goals as an ensemble.
